Must be 18 and older to enroll and currently do not already have access to MyGenesis patient portal. Self enrollment will allow you to:

Send and receive secure messages with your provider and care team.
View upcoming appointments and summary of recent visits.
View all your prescriptions, medications, allergies, immunizations and medical issues in one place.
Receive lab results and updated health records.

MyGenesis is available to patients of Genesis Health System, located in Iowa and Illinois.
